Not honest people. Ripped me off very unhappy. Overcharged me for a car and when I came back week later and told them the car had a unnoticeable dent in the car the man Ripped me off very unhappy. Overcharged me for a car and when I came back week later and told them the car had a unnoticeable dent in the car the manager tells me he 100% sure it was no dent and said he gonna show me pictures and never did , but odviously he not gonna show me the ones with the dent . Then one week after that the car died while I was 55 miles away had to pay flatbed all the way to their repair shop then they told me it’s gonna be a month before the part comes in . So they give me loaner car and month goes by they say come get the car they put fuel pump in it then I get the car and literally 4 days latter im on i285 and it loose power 18 wheeler behind me having to change lanes to get to safe location. Had to again get flatbed towed in to theirs repair shop . Then they say no get it towed to Chrysler dealership down the street. So again I get a loaner car . Might I add the car is only one year old . Book valued at $38,000 the sold to me $43,500 with 11% interest which makes my purchase $56,700 dollars . And they didn’t want to fix the dent or readjust the price . Straight said I put the dent . Aaaarrrrggghhh ! Ok so I only had the car for not even 3 weeks and 2 half months past already. Didn’t have the car thanksgiving. Didn’t have the car Christmas. Well I’m not gonna have the car because the Chrysler dealership called day before yesterday and said ima need to get the gas tank pulled out of it and I need a new car battery that’s odviously not under warranty and ima need two more fuel pumps installed. I told them they just put brand new battery and fuel pump less then 100 hours ago . They said they gotta look into this and hung up and never called me back . Now I understand this is my first time going to dealership and all but I getting xxxxed and nobody even kissing me ! I hate this place . I’m very glad for my anger classes because I’m almost to the point . I just feel like it’s not gonna end so well with the dealership and myself. I’m trying I’m trying to let them handle things accordingly but I want out of this situation. I be at the dealership more then the workers I know everyone over ther . I be there so much they need to give me a check . I’m very much not happy . This place on scale one to 10 I give them a 2 maybe 2 and half . I need to speak to their dealer principal about all this . Because talking to anyone else is useless. And the mechanics aren’t looking to good at all . This place is a xxxxing disgrace . That’s my opinion. Maybe someone else can give them a 7 or 8 stars . 2 stars and that’s only because the rental people in service are pretty easy to talk to . Aaaaarrrggghhh I’m disgusted talking bout this place . On March 18th, 2022 I was pre-approved after submitting an online application to Nissan Of Lithia Springs. I agreed to finance a preowned, 2017 Toyota Corolla. After submitting all of the necessary documen an online application to Nissan Of Lithia Springs. I agreed to finance a preowned, 2017 Toyota Corolla. After submitting all of the necessary documents such as proof of income, residency and identity, I was approved for a $500 payment, $675 car note, and $265 car insurance with Allstate. Unfortunately, my vehicle was wrongfully repossessed from my home on April 28th, around 3am. The following day, I found out that there were two transactions made with my debit card for $509 & $369. On May 3rd, 2022 I discovered that my car had been stripped of all of my valuables including my Wallet, Money, Clothes, Shoes, Medication, Bible and Merchandise. I asked Mr. Richardson to refund me my down payment and he issued me a fraudulent check. Furthermore, I’m suing for lost wages, stolen merchandise, unauthorized repossession, down payment, emotional distress & court cost. Also, the general manager, Mr. D. Richardson falsified documents by lying to the banks concerning the down payment. I did contact Douglassville Sheriff Department, and file a complaint. I’m still waiting for the police report, which should be ready on Friday. My car note was due on May 2nd, which was 45 days from March 18th. I was not behind in payments, nor did I violate the contract. I can’t believe this has happened to me, when I did nothing wrong. I lost so much from this situation. I really need help expediting the claim so I can get my car/money and things back. Please help me. More
I contacted someone at the dealership and whe. I got there, they immediately tried to steer me away from a new true to a certified truck, the. I am furious about it and will NEVER go back to a dealership that doesn’t want to help customers with the vehicle choices and putting me in a vehicle that I have been approved for by the bank!
