On March 18th, 2022 I was pre-approved after submitting an online application to Nissan Of Lithia Springs. I agreed to finance a preowned, 2017 Toyota Corolla. After submitting all of the necessary documents such as proof of income, residency and identity, I was approved for a $500 payment, $675 car note, and $265 car insurance with Allstate. Unfortunately, my vehicle was wrongfully repossessed from my home on April 28th, around 3am. The following day, I found out that there were two transactions made with my debit card for $509 & $369. On May 3rd, 2022 I discovered that my car had been stripped of all of my valuables including my Wallet, Money, Clothes, Shoes, Medication, Bible and Merchandise. I asked Mr. Richardson to refund me my down payment and he issued me a fraudulent check. Furthermore, I’m suing for lost wages, stolen merchandise, unauthorized repossession, down payment, emotional distress & court cost. Also, the general manager, Mr. D. Richardson falsified documents by lying to the banks concerning the down payment. I did contact Douglassville Sheriff Department, and file a complaint. I’m still waiting for the police report, which should be ready on Friday. My car note was due on May 2nd, which was 45 days from March 18th. I was not behind in payments, nor did I violate the contract. I can’t believe this has happened to me, when I did nothing wrong. I lost so much from this situation. I really need help expediting the claim so I can get my car/money and things back. Please help me. More

I had a pleasurable experience when I arrived for an oil change. I was greeted promptly by a worker who asked me if I had any questions/ concerns regarding vehicle and if I water to drink and or something change. While waiting for oil change I was looking at the autos on the lot when approached by Salesman Jon W who was very professional, kind and knowledgeable about the cars. He spoke to me about the cars I was interested in took me on test drive and I found myself purchasing a vehicle. Nick C and Andrew were very helpful as well they walked over all the features of the vehicle and helped me down load the app and was just a pleasure to be around. Everyone at the dealership was vey kind and helpful. I had a wonderful experience overall. The only bad thing was the paperwork that was printed out didn’t have adequate amount of ink and as a result much of the wording is difficult to make out. I was told I would get another print out when I visit the facility again and I trust that the salesman will honor their word. More
