My name is Kenya Ayers and I had an appointment (oil change, multipoint inspection, tire rotation) today, September 2 at 7 AM. I typically don’t contact managers, however I was very dissatisfied with th change, multipoint inspection, tire rotation) today, September 2 at 7 AM. I typically don’t contact managers, however I was very dissatisfied with the service I received today. In April I received the same services and waited for 3 hours. However, this was not an issue as I was a walk-in and came on a busy day. Today, however, I waited for practically the same amount of time with an appointment. This was frustrating enough considering I was told it’d take 1-1.5 hours for this service, but I received no personal updates or apologies for this major inconvenience. Several customers who arrived after me were in and out before me. There also seemed to be no urgency as my paperwork was sitting on the service desk and I’m not sure how long it would’ve been sitting had I not asked for a second update. I had an excellent experience with sales so I’m sure this is not the norm for you all. More
I am 1000% digested with my service. I purchased a *new* transmission with cash from this dealership in 12/2021. This transmission is now giving me problems and I was told by this same d I purchased a *new* transmission with cash from this dealership in 12/2021. This transmission is now giving me problems and I was told by this same dealership that I got me new transmission from that I have to pay $5k for a new transmission. I do understand that I’m now out of the warranty but am I to understand that I’m gonna have to pay $5k every 9 months??? Does that seem logically? Does that seem finically sounds ? I am DEEPLY VEXED in my spirit. Disgusted. More

The employees at the dealership were friendly, kind and professional. My wait time for completing services for my car were reasonable. Brandon Alexander took great care of me and my family to ensure our service needs were met. His service manager even reached out to show care and concern and reassured me that my daughters vehicle would be ensure our service needs were met.
