Very unhappy with the communication. Everything was sent by text and it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. Calls were routed to someone off site who couldn’t get them on the phone either. by text and it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. I brought my car in “showing service engine soon.” I had my car service to repair this problem one year ago. I paid $4,000.00. This problem is back. My car is old but well taken care of. I only have $136,0 my car service to repair this problem one year ago. I paid $4,000.00. This problem is back. My car is old but well taken care of. I only have $136,0000 miles on my well kept. Well serviced 2004 car. That has only been service and repaired by Nissian. My last visit my car was supposed to have been repaired. But not, because after a week in a half my service engine light came back on. I brought my car back again and was told the part had to ordered. not. Also I was double charged for a service. Now I have a credit. Service has not been good. I know everyone makes mistakes. I have considered purchasing a new Nissian. But I have had so many problems and so many failed repairs. I’m don’t think Nissan cars are for me. I know everyone needs to make money, but I have been so faithful in taking care of my car. Well so much for service. I don’t know. But not good. To many mishaps. This is on going from situations to situations from Nissan South to Nissan Lithia Springs. More
With the limitations that COVID has placed on some service departments, I like that I was able to get in on the day that I needed without any problems. There were tons of service appointments availabl service departments, I like that I was able to get in on the day that I needed without any problems. Although the staff is friendly... they Need to communicte more effectively so that the customer isn't given false hope. Salesperson Alexis told me that I qualified for a military discount and 3 mo communicte more effectively so that the customer isn't given false hope. Salesperson Alexis told me that I qualified for a military discount and 3 months @ no interest. At the end of the sell I was told they were no longer running either promotion. The brand new nv200 mini cargo that I purchased on July 13 has issues with the ac box drainage; its draining on the inside of the van as opposed to the outside. Also the airbag light came on yesterday August 2nd, so now there is an issue with it as well. The manager ask me to bring the van in to the service center to be diagnosed for the leak on June 6...I was told that they did not have a loaner vehicle. After taking the vehicle to them for a 2nd time they determined that the leak was coming from an improper drainage. Bud in the service department then asked me when did I want them to start the repairs?I told him immediately! His response was .."oops we are slammed but let me see what I can make happen. Only to come back and tell me that the part is on back order and they do not have an ETA. Not only that...at the time the manager Andrew and the sales person Alexis told me they don't have loaner vehicles for a van. Now that I have asked Andrew the manager to replace the defective van with a new one.... they all of a sudden have a loaner SUV or Truck. This whole experience has sucked. More
