The dealership itself, isn't five stars. In fact, I'd go as far to say the dealership is 2 or 3 stars. The staff is relatively distant, really only spoke when spoken to and even then answers and conversatio as far to say the dealership is 2 or 3 stars. Albeit, my salesperson in Richard Evans exemplified customer service to the point where I felt compelled to even write a review. He was personable, thorough, and great at communication. I had been searching for a vehicle for just under 4 weeks, and when I made this purchase, I knew it was the right decision. Richard worked with my bad credit, and was flexible with my co-signer in paperwork. He was precise, kind, and very very knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. To go even further, I had a salesman who I won't name because they seemed like a novice and I respect them for stepping their foot in the car dealer game, but they weren't well-versed in their product. They didn't work with me on rates, and I immediately knew Nissan of Lithia Springs wasn't right for me. I'm grateful Richard responded to my inquire on my 2017 Jaguar from when I spotted it on CarFax. I've met many salesman from the past 4 weeks and none were as helpful, concerned, and precise as Richard. He alone made me do this review. Go. To. HIM!! More

I usually had Fred as my service advisor but he no longer works for this dealership. Unsure who to speak with, I was greeted by the assistant service manager who courteously told me someone would see to my n works for this dealership. My suv was serviced in about a hour and I was luckily paired with the service advisor, Brennon. He was kind, considerate and thoroughly explained the issues with my suv. After paying for my bill, he was nice enough to walk me to my vehicle, open my door and close it! I haven't seen this type of chivalrous behavior in a long time!!! I will definitely keep Brennon as my service advisor and continue bringing my Rogue to Nissan of Lithia Springs. More
