Our salesman kept disappearing saying he would be right back. There was never an explanation about where he was going. That particular vehicle sold the previous day but we were shown one that was acceptable. Although we were provided a list of maintenance alleged to have been preformed we now notice the brakes grinding. The salesman didn't take the time to demonstrate the vehicle features for us so we are learning as we go and from the owner's booklets. If grading on sales alone it would rate no better than a two. But the most positive impression came from the finance department. Courteous, knowledgeable, and detailed he was the perfect professional. We would give him a high 4 or even a 5. We will have our local Nissan dealer examine the brakes for our safety. We will not likely return to Lithia Springs Nissan. More

The problem with our vehicle was fixed. We live out of town so I was trying to call in and pay for the Service. I called many many times and was unable to reach the service department. We had a cousin pic town so I was trying to call in and pay for the Service. I called many many times and was unable to reach the service department.
