Poor Communication throughout this whole service experience. Made an appointment for 9/28 1:15p to have a Lane Camera replaced after receiving notice on 9/21 that the part had arrived. Dropped my ca experience. Made an appointment for 9/28 1:15p to have a Lane Camera replaced after receiving notice on 9/21 that the part had arrived. Dropped my car off 5:15pm on 9/27. Made several calls.. minutes and minutes of waiting for service center to pick up, Left voicemails, status link was never updated other than my initial check in, Sent email. After several attempts to see the status of my vehicle so that I could have transportation available I received no answer. On 9/29 I was finally able to make contact with the service center only to be told that the part had not come in for my car. So my car sat there for two days without being repaired. Finally after asking the service center to “check again” I received a call at 5:05pm on 9/29 that my car was ready for pickup. Luckily I was able to have transportation last minute to pick up by 7pm More
