The service is not good. I was told my service would be done in an hour but it took three hours. Also, while I was waiting, I watched an employee berate a customer for not "knocking while he was in the res done in an hour but it took three hours. Overall it was just a bad experience and I will not be returning to have my service done there. It also soured me from buying another Nissan if THAT lot is where I would have to buy it. More
