Would not recommend. Went for a compression check and misfire diagnoses and was told two different responses which did not make sense. Techs either are incompetent or too lazy to effectively troubleshoot misfire diagnoses and was told two different responses which did not make sense. Techs either are incompetent or too lazy to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose issue. I provided history of what was done previously and codes and was told excuses. The compression check was not performed at all. They just told me a simple "it's good" and not a specific range. Service rep was extremely nice but techs failed to provide any info what so ever. More

The sales lady destiny was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time working with me to help me get into a vehicle, wonderful experience with her. But the only thing I will say with the experience as a whole is the issue of timing and misinformation. I got to the end of paperwork and it felt that one thing after another was happening that was not initially agreed to. My down payment was taken before informing me of a major issue with trade in that could’ve been solved before the ending of the paper work. Many hours were wasted both with my family and unfortunately destiny aswell as she was so wonderful I hated she had to stay late for something that fell through due to lack of communication. In no way was it her fault, but that was incredibly disheartening and frustrating after spending 2 days on paperwork only for the right questions to be asked too late. I personally don’t think I will be back, but I would still refer someone to try out this location. Regardless of the communication issues, everyone seemed friendly. More
