The only reason I am giving 2 stars, because the service manager Collin Smith stepped in and took over to stop it from being 0 stars. My appointment was for 9:15 am with the associate "Shaq". Upon arrival s manager Collin Smith stepped in and took over to stop it from being 0 stars. My appointment was for 9:15 am with the associate "Shaq". Upon arrival she was busy and couldn't assist, so another person got my information and had me pull into the service center to wait for her to become available. After 5 mins of waiting I was told I could wait in the waiting area for her to become available and then she would come get me to check me in. After and hour of waiting on the waiting room I asked the original guy I spoke with, why I was still waiting, to his surprise he went to get her to see why I was waiting. She came over with a very unfriendly attitude and said she already checked me in, based off the notes from the appointment. Once I explained to her that my issue is that I had been waiting an hour for her to come get me and check me in, as it was told to me, she displayed a 'who cares' type of attitude. At this point I requested the service manager, because I refuse to be treated with such a low level of customer service. She then told the service manager with a very nasty tone that "I have an issue" as if she was not the problem. This is my second time using this service center and both time I have had an unpleasant experience, there will NOT be a third. More
