I came in to have 2 keys programmed for my truck. I was told the process would take 2 hours. My truck was in the garage for about 45 minutes while I paced around the parking lot waiting. My truck then sat told the process would take 2 hours. My truck was in the garage for about 45 minutes while I paced around the parking lot waiting. My truck then sat parked in The back for an hour and was never touched again before finally being told it was done. It was unnecessary to keep me waiting this additional time. I didn't ask if it was ready because I believe it was still waiting to be inspected. I watch someone work on my truck and it appears to me this inspection never happend. 158 dollars for 45 minutes worth of work on a laptop.... More
