My experience with Nissan was not a pleasant one. The first sign of trouble was I received the wrong paperwork. Then they fixed a part on my car that did not need to be fixed so when I got my car back, it was doing the exact same thing as when I took it in. So I took my car back and after a couple of weeks they finally found out that it was my transmission which is what I told them in the first place. Mind you my car was there for a week before I heard anything from them and I had to call to get an update. They did give me a rental on them for the screw up so ill give them that. But they had my car for almost a month with very little communication. To sum it up, I will never use them again More
I purchased my car from this dealership. I take it here for servicing. This dealership is the closest for me. Everyone is very friendly and professional. On my last visit, the professional mistook another person for me. He approached the person, and addressed them by my name. When I spoke up and asked them if they were looking for me, he totally disregarded me as if I had not spoken. I have never experienced this before; however, I did not appreciate it in the least. The dealership should instruct the customer service representatives to announce "Mr/Ms your car is ready"; this will alleviate mistaken identities. More
