The sales team was good but the financing department are borderline committing fraud. I provided my own loan approval documents from my bank. When we signed the final documents I noticed the finance rate wa borderline committing fraud. I provided my own loan approval documents from my bank. When we signed the final documents I noticed the finance rate was slightly higher. The explanation I got was my bank returned a higher rate because of the vehicle, they said it happens all the time. After contacting my bank, turns out the dealership submitted a separate loan application to my bank and that why the rate was higher. Why would give a customer a higher rate at the same bank. We already had an approved loan. Then try to make it seem like the hight rate is because of vehicle. Deception More

This dealership let me know never shop here again promises made to make the sale and resended .I came in with my on financing when it was time to go I could not take the vehicle because of seatbelt r promises made to make the sale and resended .I came in with my on financing when it was time to go I could not take the vehicle because of seatbelt recall it was labor day weekend so 10 days later I received my vehicle back less the dual exhaust as promised the manager acted if this was not discussed and he told me that he didn't say it when he said it to me and my sales person. My wife and I purchased two vehicles we needed three .But not here their words are just to make the sale. I witness's service person ranting and complaining about doing his job this dealership needs a reset to many parts not working together from the top to the bottom.I dread having to have service from someone that hates his job.I spent over 100,000 .00 dollars an on two vehicles and I have never felt so violated with the treatment we received with the false promises you guy's killed the car buying experience for me thanks for the negative experience ,and finally received second for my pathfinder after two weeks I got it this week the car was purchased 9/4 Destiney got us through the BS thanks for her she sold us both cars no referrals or help from anyone.
