My sales rep Alexis was great. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was I felt disrespected when they ran my credit multiple times when I told them I came into the dealershi The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was I felt disrespected when they ran my credit multiple times when I told them I came into the dealership because I had a pre approval through Capital one and I didn’t want them to run my credit through anyone else. I did tell them I wasn’t satisfied with the monthly payments but I never told them to run my credit through anyone else. When we got to the financing portion I found out they ran my credit again through Wells Fargo which I had NO clue of until that moment and I was LIVID because again I had no clue of it. More

Customer service excellent from Chad & Alex. It upset me that I was just there less than two weeks and the front brakes were done. No excuse to send me out on the road with bad back breaks! They did not multi point inspect my vehicle. They left one of my tires flat. I wanted a 80000 mile inspection instead they gave me a diagnostic reading and sent me off.
