They are unorganized and unprofessional. I had my car towed there and the tow truck driver said to keep a service advisors name of who to give the keys to. I was given a name of someone who I had my car towed there and the tow truck driver said to keep a service advisors name of who to give the keys to. I was given a name of someone who wasn’t working that day. The next day after having an appt and waiting 3 hours without hearing anything I popped in to find that no one knew anything about the car. It was finally looked at and was determined to be several hundreds of dollars more expensive than the mechanic that I originally took it to. Chris (don’t know last name) was the only one who made us feel like someone cared. He was able to work with management and us to reduce the cost. The next day we took the car home and noticed the engine was making a loud noise and the original problem was not fixed/tested after spending $1200 out of pocket. Chris told us to bring the car back and he would give us a rental at no charge. My wife showed up to dealer at 8am as per instructed only to find out that no one other than Chris appeared to know or want to do anything about it. After Chris got involved the whole process still took over 3hours due in part because the rental car they tried to give had two balled front tires and mostly due to a lack of urgency on anyones part other than Chris. The issue was eventually resolved and the car is running well however if at all possible I will NEVER use this dealership nor refer anyone else to use or buy from them. More
