Service dept is very disorganized and does not operate with a one team concept. The intake/checkout area is extremely small and easily gets crowded. I had a fantastic experience with Nissan of Lithia Springs Customer Service department recently.I went in because my vehicle had alerted me that it was time to get my next oil change about a week prio Springs Customer Service department recently.I went in because my vehicle had alerted me that it was time to get my next oil change about a week prior but I was too busy to go to the shop to get it done. Just so happen that I was on Thornton Road the other day so I decided to just pop up and see would they make me happy and service my vehicle without having an appointment. And they did. This made me so happy. Chad was awesome and gave me no problem and got me in and out within an hour. Because of this quick service, your company would probably be the place that I buy my next new vehicle from again.
