Watch out for the service department. They no longer have a Master mechanic but charge master mechanic prices. The worst part is that the mechanics they have don't know what they are doing. When a mechanic fails to secure a tire that is bad. And then to lie to the customer and say it just wasn't sitting correctly. Or to tighten an emergency brake so that it is always engaged is beyond belief. The return rate for serviced vehicles there is extremely high. And hopefully you don't need parts ordered. Half of the time they forget to order them or use them for someone else and then use the excuse that the part is back ordered. There is a different price for parts depending on who the customer is, the excuse there is that they need to make up for missing inventory so the parts people change the markup when they feel like it and this is what Dan Mullins himself wants them to do. To start off i would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!!!! I worked with them for the first time in december of 2010. As a 20 year old fresh out of ait and having never purchased a vehicle through ANYONE!!!!! I worked with them for the first time in december of 2010. As a 20 year old fresh out of ait and having never purchased a vehicle through a dealership they made this place sound very inviting over the phone while i was stationed in maryland. I purchased my vehicle at an 18% interest rate. Not knowing how much i got screwed. well i was not aware on how to go about tagging my vehicle and very very shortly after purchasing this vehicle i got relocated to georgia. I never recieved paperwork i needed to tag my vehicle and the dealership did not include tags title and liscence. and did not inform me on how to go about getting tags since they sent my paperwork to the wrong place. now 9 months later its is going to cost me 610 dollars which i sent the dealership plus my paperwork that i finally recieved and im still be jacked around i have not been able to drive my truck since august1st of 2011 being military i need a vehicle to be able to get to work. now that they have my money and all my information they are still jacking me around and taking there sweet xxx time. I recently tried to contact the general manager but of course like everyone else he does not answer the phone... I honestly feel i should get my 610 and back and the dealership should have to pay for it seeing as how they were supposed to send me stuff back in august when i would have only had to send 400 off but they toy with you to get as much money out of you as they can. THEY ARE CRAP!!!!!!!!!! dont use this place if you like having money. More
I have been through many car buying experiences and have never been misled so much as I was when I visited this dealership. I was informed I was required to purchase a warranty per the bank I was financing never been misled so much as I was when I visited this dealership. I was informed I was required to purchase a warranty per the bank I was financing through, JP Morgan Chase. (I called Chase to confirm this was NOT a requirement and never was stated to the dealership). Among other things, the finance manager Bert was very high pressure sales tactics and balked at all of my requests for clarification. He had excuses for every question I asked. I would never purchase a vehicle through this company and also it should be noted I was informed by Bert their sales manager the best rate I could get was 12.99% and he acted like he was doing me a HUGE favor by getting me that, well I find it strange that at a reputable dealership in Oklahoma City I received a rate of 5.99% and I was financing over 10k more!!! Moral of the story, stay away from this place at all costs, unless you're paying in cash for a brand new vehicle you will regret it. More
We recently purchased a CPO 2008 Armada at Dan Mullins and had an excellent experience thanks to our salesman Michael Butler and the sales manager Don. We love our car and the low pressure, fair and open way Mike dealt with us was a welcome change from the high pressure "pitchman" treatment we received in OK City Nissan. I'm not sure what (if anything) transpired with the previous raters commentary, but just wanted to balance the scales by providing feedback on our very positive experience with Dan Mullins Nissan...Thanks Mike.
