Dennis is a great salesman; very courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. He wasn’t pushy either. He worked with us to make sure we got the best deal possible. He also went over the vehicle safety features, and new equipment. He even followed up with us to see how we liked the vehicle and to see if we had any questions or concerns. We were very happy with the service, knowledge and willingness to help us stay within our budget. We would highly recommend Dan Mullins Nissan. Our salesman called to check in with us during the process of looking around, but wasn't pushy to scare you off. He then called afterwards to check on us to see how we were liking it and see if we had any questions. Excited to know that I can send my daughter back for oil changes and check ups on her way home and not have to worry about it. We know she will taken well care of when she goes in there. Great Job! Center of My Universe I have owned at least a dozen or more Nissans driven by myself and my family over the past forty plus years. I have found the Nissan product to be ex I have owned at least a dozen or more Nissans driven by myself and my family over the past forty plus years. I have found the Nissan product to be extremely reliable. I just traded a 2007 Versa with 135,000 miles on the odometer that has cost me nothing more than oil and filter changes, a set of tires, a battery, and one wheel alignment to drive it the past seven years. I have found Dan Mullins Nissan to be as fair and balanced as Fox News claims to be. Remember, you get what you ask for. Ask for and expect great pricing and quality service and the team at Mullins will respond positively. Be well my friends!!!!! More

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder a month ago and when I go to tagg the car I finally look at what I got deal wise. I did not look prior when signing because they had financing guaranteed 2 weeks prior to I go to tagg the car I finally look at what I got deal wise. I walk in and expect to sign and go but nope we sit at the dealership for over 7 hours and then once I look at the paperwork they marked the car price up from $33,305.00 to $39,565.00. As if them screwing me with a marked up sticker they also guaranteed $18,000.00 but only gave me $13,392.30 for my trade. I am beyond pissed and must let everyone know about the dirty dealing with dealer. I have also filed complaint with Nissan Regional office and I hope they will force this dealer to fix thier un honest ways. I have called and tried to speak with the General Manager but he never seems to be available imagine that......... Papaerwork is nicely folded so you cant see the actual prices. Shame on me for agreeing but shame on them for stealing... I am a pissed consumer at this time I just hope the Regional office will force a correct action to this dealer. My next stop is BBB and if a must a local attorney to get atleast the $4607.70 in return from the lies of the salesman. More
I previously entered a not so stellar rating previous about this dealership. I received an email from the dealership to come back and give them another chance. I realize before it was not the dealershi about this dealership. I received an email from the dealership to come back and give them another chance. I realize before it was not the dealership's fault for not being able to finance me, but the Nissan Quest I had I owed too much and had mechanical issues with the transmission. I expected more than they could deliver at the time and it was due to the banks not wanting to take a chance on me. But today was truly a different story. Tony and the team at Dan Mullins worked their hardest to get me into another vehicle. Not only did they get me into another vehicle, but I was able to trade in both my cars and got finance for two cars. Never in my life have I been able to be financed for two cars at the same time. But Tony and the team got it worked out. And they were able to meet the price range that I afford. And even lowered my APR. I appologize for my previous rating I take it back, I was angry at the company Nissan and unjustly took it out on the dealership who had no responsiblility for the malfunction of my vehicle. I greatly appreciate them for being a class act and very helpful to my and my family. I realize I am not the easiest person to deal with being a correctional officer, I can come across a bit unfriendly. It also doesn't help I work all night and don't have much sleep when they are dealing with me. But they truly helped me out in a real hard spot and got me in vehicle I needed. Even if it's not a Nissan. If you do try to get finance through them, don't quit or give up try again and bring some money with you. It helps to get the banks to loan out money in these tough financial times. The banks finally took a chance on me. And a good trade in always helps. I hope to bring these vehicles in two years from now and see what car Tony can get for me then. Again thank you to Tony and Dan Mullins for coming through. I'm sorry I doubted you and almost gave up on you. This will be the four vehicles I have bought through them. And I'll keep going back as long as they'll put up with me. More
