My issue is with the service department. They set an appointment for me and did not have the courtesy to call to let me know that my "wait" time had changed from 4 hours to 4 to 5 days!! I had to take off work and drive an hour one way to be told this! Unprofessional and rude. Tried to contact service manager before posting review and have not heard back from him. Will not go back! I purchased a vehicle on 2/11/23. The finance associate said, "your tag will be in the mail prior to your first payment being due 3/28/23.You will not have to do anything." I called my county tag office to see what was going on....oh your registration is expired. You need to get emissions on the vehicle and then come purchase your tag. THE DEALERSHIP RECEIVED A REFUND OF THE REGISTRATION SENT (THAT I ALREADY PAID TO THEM) because they did not do what they were supposed to. 4/4/2023-called nissan of lagrange. She said send receipts to titles@nissanoflagrange.com and a check will be mailed. SENT EMAIL 4/12/23-sent follow up email to Nissan 4/13/23-received a response to resend bigger pictures of the receipt. 4/14/23-sent larger photos or receipts and buyers disclosure reflecting the initial registration fee paid to them. 4/18/23-sent follow up email As of today 4/20/23-no response and no reimbursement. Based on this lack of communication and follow through, I would avoid this dealership at all costs! More

Also sales manager Steve assisted me with a minor issue with the vehicle but in the end I feel like a very valued customer and will definitely recommend Nissan to my family and friends. My son who was with me also says thank you Nissan for your assistance and professionalism. More
CON ARTIST RUNNNNN WHILE YOU CAN. THEY SALE EXPENSIVE LEMONS. The sold me my car on E a luxury Maserati. When I put gas in it I seen a tool light on. So it said routine maintenance needed amongst other things. So I advised them of that and my radio keeps cutting out. Theses scammers have been ducking my calls, making up excuses and not fixing the issue and here we are 50 days later. You will never be able to Speak to the Gm. I waited a full hour to speak to the Gm in person and they made up excuses and He never came to speak with me. They promised to pay for the repairs via Maserati then the service manager got very rude when I told him the price. They have had my vehicle all week and promised Take it to Alabama BUT MY CAR IS STILL SITTING IDOL AT THEIR LOT IN LAGRANGE. They want get the light reset and refuse to do the service they wanna do Illegal things like turn off lights without fixing the issues. They also sold me a car without an emissions which is also illegal and the tags expired and I can’t drive my car. THIS COMPANY IS SHADY LIARS AND WILL FINESSE YOU INTO THINKING THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE TRYING TO HELP. RUNNNNN ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A FEMALE ALL THEIR FEMALE STAFF KEEPS QUITING ATLEAST TWO WOMAN IN THE LAST 45 days THATS SAYS ALOT ABOUT THE COMPANY AND LEADERSHIP. I’m a woman and they keep trying to beat me over the head even tho other mechanics have found the real issues. RECORD EVERYTHING BECAUSE ALL THEY DO IS LIE. They sale EXPENSIVE LEMONS!!!! More

Bought the 2017 Alfa Romeo last week. Called multiple times for a delivery information, all I got is “we will call you back.” It’s been a week, called again yesterday, said someone will c Called multiple times for a delivery information, all I got is “we will call you back.” It’s been a week, called again yesterday, said someone will call me again.. nope. Called again this morning, “we will call you right back ok? Right back.” NOPE! Y’all sold me the car and then don’t give a single F afterwards. I received calls 10-15 times a day from different person when I was trying to buy the car, now I bought it y’all just leave your customer hanging? I understand you can do that AFTER I received my car, BUT YALL STILL OWE ME MY CAR. Do I have to take this to court or something for you to reach back out to me? More
