followup work from a visit the week before I brought my husbands 2014 Nissan Titan in the week before to have oil changed, tires rotated, and transmission flushed. Well, when it was time for m I brought my husbands 2014 Nissan Titan in the week before to have oil changed, tires rotated, and transmission flushed. Well, when it was time for me to leave I was pulling out of the dealership and noticed the transmission wasn't shifting correctly. I thought may be the fluid have to have time to work its way through the transmission so I drove the truck home. The next day my husband drove the truck to work and had trouble with it shifting. I drove the truck to the dealership on 9/29/15 and Shanna is our representative and she made sure that we were taken care of. She was so thoughtful and I feel like she had put herself in our shoes and she treated us the way she would want to be treated if she were in the same situation that we were in. The service manager even set down beside me and explained to me that when the transmission was flushed the tech didn't let the truck warm up and add another quart of fluid. So that was the problem, they fixed it and I went home. Thank goodness for Shanna, don't know if we would have had as good of experience without her. Thanks Shanna More

Excellent service personnel - Tyler Swetnam I've been in customer service all my life and the real test of any customer service individual is how they handle a grouchy customer. When I brought I've been in customer service all my life and the real test of any customer service individual is how they handle a grouchy customer. When I brought my car in for servicing on 9/23/15 - I was in such a mood. It it not normal for me to behave that way but I was grouchy and to be quite honest wasn't very polite to Tyler. How he handled the situation was done professionally and with great skill. I apologized to him before the the shuttle took me to work as I was unfair to be so grouchy to him (it was already a bad morning). He called back later to let me know my car was done and that he was having it washed too. That made my day. I apologized again and he said it's OK - you're fine. Of course I expect when I take my car in to have it serviced correctly. That's a given, but to have such a customer service professional as Tyler handle a grouchy old me in the way he did was truly above and beyond. I see with the changeover, there are new faces. Tyler is a MOST welcome addition to your service staff. My thanks to him and compliments also. I'm completely happy with my experience and do promise that I won't be grouchy the next time :) I would be more than happy to talk to anyone regarding my experience as I am VERY pleased. Aware of the time limitations of busy professionals. Brian is always ready for me when I arrive early in the morning. He checks me in and gets me on my way as soon as possible. Always smiling and conversational, on top of being efficient. He keeps me informed during the day while my vehicle is being worked on and follows up with me when I pick it up to be sure everything is, not only fixed, but explained to me and covered by the warranty or discounted with any coupons I may have available in my service plan booklet. He is on top of his game and I will keep bringing both vehicles I purchased at this dealership back for service as long the competency and friendliness that Brian displays is always the benchmark. Nissan Niceness Making my appointment was easily accomplished over the phone. But, I FORGOT it! I was able to reschedule for the next day....and I remembered. A FEMALE service person greeted me and noted that I wanted an oil change. There was a "free ride" back to work with a nice man who dropped me off in front of the office door. Later in the morning, the service lady called and suggested that I needed by brake fluid changed -- it was dirty. I agreed; however, I've never in the 30 years of driving a Nissan had my brake fluid changed.... At four p.m., the driver was at the door of my office to pick me up! Again, a nice chat about baseball going to the service center. A good day -- fine oil and brake change -- was had by all! More
No single points of contact I would like someone to contact me regarding my recent service with the Autoplex. There were times where I felt like the services could've been bette I would like someone to contact me regarding my recent service with the Autoplex. There were times where I felt like the services could've been better and that the communication regarding services on my newly purchased used vehicle could've been better to help me be included and updated on what was going on. Through this process there were struggles with having a single point of contact with me and I had jumped from different individuals trying to gain infromation about my vehicle. The most amount of information I received from one individual was Justin - service manager at the Kia store, and even then he only had limited information as our vehicle was not purchased from Kia and was from Nissan. I also had concerns regarding services but I do understand some of the processes needed in order to run proper diagnostics and have my vehicle fixed. More

Facility is clean while you are waiting, have used the shuttle service in the past and it is great as well, driver is friendly and gets you to your destination safely. Prices are reasonable as well.
