Multipoint inspection was not performed or performed formally, because tire pressure was showing to me incorrect, condition of my fluids was not checked - offer to me change transmission fluid, witch I change couple of months ago. Overall Great Service / Dealership I live in Columbia drive an hour to come to this service department (over Columbia's) because the staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable; t I live in Columbia drive an hour to come to this service department (over Columbia's) because the staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable; they have yet to be over bearing and try to force me into purchasing something I did not come there for, or fix something that does not really need fixing. . They are on top of it in regards to any questions you may have and johnny on the spot to help you once you arrive. I have worked with Brian each time I bring my car in for service and he is extremely polite, helpful, and has always answered any questions I may have had. More
