Above & Beyond I've worked in retail management for 10 years so I know what great service is. Going into a crazy busy work week the last thing I needed was to be wi I've worked in retail management for 10 years so I know what great service is. Going into a crazy busy work week the last thing I needed was to be without a car, and Tyler in the service department went above and beyond!!!! He got my car in the day after we called, great attitude, fast and efficient, wonderful follow up calls to me, and car returned to me at work saving me precious time. Oh, and washed and vacuumed!! Thank you Tyler and team, I'll be back for my next car purchase because of you! Very hard to find this kind of service More

Excellent Service and Excellent Staff Our 2014 Versa had issues concerning the trans. The car stalled out 2 to 3 different times, Once in a very busy intersection. We had the car towed to Our 2014 Versa had issues concerning the trans. The car stalled out 2 to 3 different times, Once in a very busy intersection. We had the car towed to our local dealer, where they could not find anything and they suggested we call Nissan of JC. We called for our appointment right away. They called an engineer from Nissan to meet with us. He looked at the car along with the other tech there and decided we needed a new transmission. It was then promptly taken care of and we had the car back within a few days. They kept us informed , They gave us a loner car, and they just provided Exceptional Service..! More
