Great customer service I had pre scheduled online, however it didn't get to them despite my confirmation email that I'd receive a call to confirm. Unnecessary services The Nissan service facility has suggested that I have some services performed on my car since 25,000 miles. I took my car to a trusted local service s The Nissan service facility has suggested that I have some services performed on my car since 25,000 miles. I took my car to a trusted local service shop one week before my last oil change at Nissan for a free 30 point inspection. The shop told me the anti-freeze was good to -40 degrees. At my oil change, Nissan told me that my coolant was weak one week later. Nissan also told me my brake fluid was dirty and my transmission fluid was dirty and burnt,. They recommended I have those services performed at Nissan and they would cost approximately $500. I took my 2013 Nissan back to my local shop and had them check the coolant, the dirty brake fluid and dirty and burnt transmission fluid. The coolant was still -40 like my local shop told me before the oil change at Nissan, the brake fluid wasn't dirty and neither was the transmission fluid. I'm glad I got a second opinion. I could have spent a huge amount of money on unnecessary services. More

The work was well explained to me by the service advisor Tyler Swetnam at the time of oil change dated on Jan.13,2016. Tyler ordered the parts at this time and contacted me when the parts came in and I schedule the appointment. The work was completed in the approprtiate time of which Tyler gave me a estimated time period. I in the mean time schedule a friend to pick me up and got some errands completed. I picked up the car when Tyler notified me that the car was completed. Tyler showed me where the parts were located on my car prior to me taking the car to return home. I have been very pleased with the car's performance which consequently makes me pleased with the service department. I will and have recommended Nissan Jefferson City to my friends and will return for the future service work. More

We took our car in for an oil /filter change and tire rotation.Tyler Swetnam was out service person and he came in and showed us all of the fluid chan We took our car in for an oil /filter change and tire rotation.Tyler Swetnam was out service person and he came in and showed us all of the fluid changes,system flushes,injector cleaning,transmission fluid changes that were a suggested maintenence at the 63000 mile change..since we live outside of Jefferson City we asked him if he could just go ahead and do ALL of them that day as one of us had a doctor's appt. Later that afternoon. He assured us that he could and gave us a loaner car to do our shopping and go to our doctor's appointment. When we finished our appointmentsite we returned to Nissan and Tyler had went through our extended warranty and coupon book and used all the coupons that applied and saved us some money off of our bill. He was VERY nice, professional, and helpful. It is people like him that keep up coming back to this car dealer to do business. More
