Service oil change I needed an oil change and I was lucky enough to get worked with out the appointment. I am a regular I love my Nissan Altima and I always take it back I needed an oil change and I was lucky enough to get worked with out the appointment. Best Service, Best People, Best Car Company (Nissan) Best Dealership! I have been buying Nissans for over 25 years. Here is why- The people are friendly, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They listen Best Dealership! I have been buying Nissans for over 25 years. Here is why- The people are friendly, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They listen and respond professionally. I know I have asked what I know must be silly questions to them but they never made me feel silly. I feel I have been treated fairly when purchasing a car with a trade in. But mostly because the service people go up and beyond what is expected. I didn’t realize that I had gotten to the dealership at closing. I think they had been closed when I drove up. I had a issue that had just happened and was concerned to drive back to the Lake. All three service personnel stopped what they were doing and looked at the car. I didn’t feel that they were rushing to leave but were concerned about fixing the problem so I would be safe. Did I mention it was Friday night. They all stayed 1/2 later after closing so I would be safe going home. I will continue to be a Nissan owner and buy from this dealership! More

Not satisfied with my service I gave this service center a 1 out of 5 because I was extremely displeased with the service provided to me. I was told by a different dealership that I gave this service center a 1 out of 5 because I was extremely displeased with the service provided to me. I was told by a different dealership that I should take my vehicle to Nissan of Jefferson City instead since they specialize in Nissans. The prior dealer performed a diagnostic and found a few issues that they wanted Nissan to work on for me. Nissan performed their separate diagnostic and reported that nothing was wrong with my vehicle and proceeded to charge me a $108.00 diagnostic fee. I felt the customer service was not very friendly. Now I am back at square one and still do not have an answer as to what is wrong with my car. I do not recommend going to Nissan of Jefferson City. More
