Awesome service I was in for an oil change and tire rotation and a general look over to make sure all is ok. Scheduling was easy, rescheduling was easy(I was sick). Poor customer service I had a 7:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, which I waited for. I got a phone call at 8:39, while I was sitting in the waiting area, I had a 7:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, which I waited for. I got a phone call at 8:39, while I was sitting in the waiting area, from someone in the service department about additional services. Why no just step into the waiting area and talk to me?! I informed him that I worked nights and didn't want to take any additional time for other services. I got tired of waiting at 9:25 and walked into the shop, the guy that called me was standing at the counter printing my service ticket as I walked in, with no excuse as to why it took just under 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. More

Great Experience for Recall We had recall work done on our Nissan Murano. Scheduling was easy to get the car in. I called after the car had been taken for he recall work to be done to see if I could get an oil change also while it was there. I received a call that everything was done so I could come and pick it up. I went in to pay for my oil change and one of the service people said there had been some mix up in paperwork and therefore the oil change would be on the house. Great customer service after a minor issue that didn’t affect myself in the least. There is a reason I use this dealership along with a private mechanic. I will continue to come back. More
