Great Service with a Great Service Adviser! The Service Adviser, Brian was Great, as usual. The Service was Also Great. The Problem is the Same as we have had for a long time. The GPS is a Big Problem When we drive through the small town of Brumley Mo we get a voice saying "The Road is Closed"". We got the same thing on I35 south of Waco Texas. There are many other problems with this system. More

Disappointed I called to schedule my appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I was told over the phone that there was a recall on my car’s ABS actuator I called to schedule my appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I was told over the phone that there was a recall on my car’s ABS actuator and asked if I’d like to take care of it while I was there. I said yes. When I arrived for my service appointment, I was told that fixing the recall would be an all day ordeal. Consequently, I would have to return a different day to have that part of the service completed because I didn’t plan for that. I told the employee to go ahead and change my oil and service my car and also asked if they could change the battery in my key fob while I was there because my car had been alarming me that the battery was low. He agreed. I waited around 75 minutes and was told my car was done. Upon leaving the dealership, I realized that they hadn’t reset any of the notifications on my car so every time I turn it on it still tells me I need my oil changed and tires rotated. They also didn’t put a sticker on my windshield to inform me of when it needed to be maintenanced again. Most frustrating was that they did NOT change the battery in my key fob like I had asked. I think I will definitely go to Columbia Nissan next time. I’ve never had issues there. More

Roller coaster General maintenance was good. Still have issues with air vents and craclkling steering wheel. Accident was upsetting but handled efficiently and timel General maintenance was good.
