No parts on hand Notified service and told them what the issue was, I was told no problem we replace that seal with scheduling. So I call a few weeks later and made arrangements for my wife to take off and bring it 40 mile one way to get it fixed. After three hours of sitting, she was informed that they didn’t have the seal in stock. So it turned into another trip! Someone should have had the part on hand before scheduling the work More
