Oil change etc I brought in my Nissan and Toyota for oil change, tire rotation. I decided to bring my Toyota in for convenience and not have to go to 2 different pla I brought in my Nissan and Toyota for oil change, tire rotation. I decided to bring my Toyota in for convenience and not have to go to 2 different places. That was a mistake. The person who changed the oil did a sloppy job. Quarts of oil were spilled all over under the motor dripping out on to the ground. I hope there isn’t more to it. Like a loose oil filter or the plug not put back on. And hope they filled the truck up with oil and it’s not leaking. I will never again bring my Toyota in there. I am very disappointed in the quality of my Nissan Rogue. It’s just over 2 years old less than 40,000 miles and already needs a new transmission and has parts corroding. I will never get another Nissan. I have friends who are currently shopping for new vehicles. I told them I do not recommend Nissan. Also my employer advertises for Nissan all over the nation and gives us generous Nissan discounts. I will be shopping for a different brand ASAP. More

I wish all of the customer service people I come in contact with were as nice as Lucas is. I'm not too sure why his name isn't on the door as employee of the month every month! More

We received a recall notice and the service team scheduled an appointment for us. While we had the car in we had the oil changed and tires rotated. We were away from the dealership while the service was being completed... I received a call letting me know the air filter needed replaced and the part of this portion of the service was that they sent me a photo of how dirty the air filter was. Great job! More

NissanConnect Challenges I purchased a new 2019 Nissan Muranow platinum. NissanConnect never worked. (The sales department sold me a very expensive vehicle without checking I purchased a new 2019 Nissan Muranow platinum. NissanConnect never worked. (The sales department sold me a very expensive vehicle without checking it out and did not showi me how NissanConnect worked). However Brian in the service department worked his tail off to be sure things were working correctly and that I was happy with my purchase.
