Big Smiles and Great Service I had a second key programmed. My appointment was at 9 am. I arrived about 10 minutes early. They were expecting me and ready to start! AC Compressor Repair I have been bringing my cars to Nissan since I bought my first Murano in 2014. The service department has been nothing but professional to me and has I have been bringing my cars to Nissan since I bought my first Murano in 2014. The service department has been nothing but professional to me and has always had my best interest in mind. The service writers are always looking out for me as a loyal customer, and always do their best to give me the best discount when I bring my car in for a service. This last time I was in, my whole AC system needed to be replaced. Brian in the service department did an excellent job at breaking down the list of parts, services, and prices that were required to fix my car. He was very open in communication with me, and was available to answer all my questions and communicate with me in every step of the process. Although the cost of fixing my car was higher at Nissan, we decided not to take my car anywhere else since we knew that the service would be the best at Nissan. More

Rude, Liars Staff were unwilling or unable to assist with tire manufacturer defect, they didnt even provide the warranty information I requested. Staff told me all 4 tires were ruined and needed to be replaced, in fact only 2 tires had issues so they lied for an upsell. When I posted to a Facebook complaint page I was attacked by two staff members online. Additionally one of the service staff provided customer information to a former employee and they then posted about it online. If you ever get any business from me again it will be only due to the courtesy and professionalism of Sybil Distler. Fyi the service manager has not even contacted me about my complaints. More
