Great experience Brian is my 'go to' guy for service on my Murano. He is always upbeat, polite and professional. Disappointed I called to schedule my appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I was told over the phone that there was a recall on my car’s ABS actuator I called to schedule my appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I was told over the phone that there was a recall on my car’s ABS actuator and asked if I’d like to take care of it while I was there. I said yes. When I arrived for my service appointment, I was told that fixing the recall would be an all day ordeal. Consequently, I would have to return a different day to have that part of the service completed because I didn’t plan for that. I told the employee to go ahead and change my oil and service my car and also asked if they could change the battery in my key fob while I was there because my car had been alarming me that the battery was low. He agreed. I waited around 75 minutes and was told my car was done. Upon leaving the dealership, I realized that they hadn’t reset any of the notifications on my car so every time I turn it on it still tells me I need my oil changed and tires rotated. They also didn’t put a sticker on my windshield to inform me of when it needed to be maintenanced again. Most frustrating was that they did NOT change the battery in my key fob like I had asked. I think I will definitely go to Columbia Nissan next time. I’ve never had issues there. More
