Used car purchase Used vehicle but only had 11,000 miles on it. They only gave me one fob and said they would look for the other one because they couldn’t find it. I asked numerous times since then about the fob with no outcome. About a month ago the sales person called me to see how I like my vehicle and I asked them once again about the fob he said it was a used vehicle and sometimes they don’t get two sets of keys And that he never promised me that he would get me another fob. But he did. And my son was a witness to it.He said key express can make me one I believe for $170 and he offered to pay 60 of it. I have not responded to that yet. More

“New” transmission I was told only thing used from my old transmission was the casing but it clearly states on paperwork it was a rebuilt cvt. HQ was to pay 60 percent o I was told only thing used from my old transmission was the casing but it clearly states on paperwork it was a rebuilt cvt. HQ was to pay 60 percent of the “new” transmission, received no paperwork indicating this. I was also told warranty was 12 months/12000 miles, no paperwork on this. I know powertrain held this process up and is why it took so long, 3 weeks. Just not comfortable that I paid $1100+ for rebuilt transmission and that’s not what I requested or approved. I also don’t believe that was 40 percent of the cost when a new one was going to cost me a little over $300 more. More
