Fixing a manufacturing mistake! I feel that the service department was very helpful and attentive to my needs. My issue however is with the manufacturing plant. It was explained to m I feel that the service department was very helpful and attentive to my needs. My issue however is with the manufacturing plant. It was explained to me that two parts used to fasten the calipers to my brakes on the driver side were missing. As I had never had my car in any other mechanic or dealership. The only conclusion given to me was that they were not placed when the vehicle was built. It was also explained to me that this could have been a dangerous problem if these calipers had come loose while driving. I want someone from the Nissan corporation to contact me to tell me how they are going to make his serious issue right and assure me that I will be safe to buy Nissan products in the future. And when I changed my mind on the cars I came there specifically for... I still walked away with something that was a better fit. Wouldn’t go to the Honda lot from there again just based on customer service. Had a great guy named Brandon Kaufman help us out on that lot since the person we set an appointment with was a no show and didn’t pick up the phone. 10/10 the crew at the Nissan were the most helpful from the two different cities I drove to today to find a car. Now, when I go in for any service at Nissan in Jefferson City, I look forward to being treated with professionalism and courtesy. I get out of my car, tell the attendant what I’m there for and Brian comes to get me when all the services have been completed. The waiting area is clean and stocked with drinks and popcorn. It was a very pleasant experience and I’d highly recommend the service department!! More
