Will be seeking service elsewhere I was charged an additional $19.99 for a service I did not request.. when I asked them about it, their response was “We assumed you’d want this done s I was charged an additional $19.99 for a service I did not request.. when I asked them about it, their response was “We assumed you’d want this done since you had opted for it in the past.” But that was not what my appointment was for. The service I was charged for (and eventually refunded) was a tire pressure check. Driving down the road 20 minutes after I finally leave, I check my pressure and they were scattered from 39psi all the way to 52psi when my tires require 32psi. Good thing I got the refund since they clearly didn’t actually preform this service anyway! More
Vehicle Purchase Delivery and Prep My wife recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was an uphill battle the entire time. When she agreed to purchase and run her credit, the finance manager took it upon himself to include a $2800 warranty that was never discussed. Once I saw that and had him remove, we went forward with the transaction. During the test drive of the vehicle, the sales person told my wife that getting the second key wouldn't be a problem. During the finalization of the paperwork, the finance manager then offered my wife a higher mileage more comprehensive warranty for $2000 and I agreed to pay for that. Upon the vehicle being brought back from the gas station to hand over to my wife, we noticed a large crack and dent in the bumper cover. I stated that this was never brought to our attention, nor would we continue with the sale without the promise to fix this. The salesman agreed and said that he would have it repaired as it should have been taken care of during the initial cleaning of the vehicle. During the drop off for repair, I spoke with the Finance manager regarding the second key, who stated, I'll talk to my guy and if he says he said that, we will take care of it. I'll call you tomorrow to discuss. As the vehicle was in their shop and the days went on, getting any update or information was vague and only communicated through text upon my asking for updates. When I picked up the vehicle, a mark on the interior that I pointed out and was clearly on the "We Owe" document was still present, no 2nd key available, now wash or detail, and I was berated by the general manager for asking about the items that were promised to my wife and myself. He said, we aren't making any money on this car now that we had to put a $600 bumper cover on it. If I give you the key will that get you out of here and move on? I said yes, that and the items left on the we owe. A new we owe document was drafted, since they weren't able to deliver on their promise even with keeping the vehicle for over 2 weeks. And now I have to schedule a day off of work to being it back in, have it detailed, have a key set to the vehicle, and have the black mark damage completed. I still cant believe that a business is run this way and I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from them again. Corwin Automotove will also be notified of the business ethics, or lack there of, used and supported by management of this location. Shame on you for treating hard working veterans this way! More

Warranty Worth? Took my car in for oil change. As part of this they removed my cabin filter and showed it to me and asked if I wanted it replaced. I had it replaced a Took my car in for oil change. As part of this they removed my cabin filter and showed it to me and asked if I wanted it replaced. I had it replaced and was charged $19 labor. Is it just me or is this insane as it would have had to be put back if I had not replaced it at no charge. Plus now the ventilation system is noisy. At this same service I mentioned a noticeable whine in the rear end which they say was a bad wheel bearing. At a previous oil change 5000 miles ago while under warranty I mentioned the same whine. At that time they drove it and said it was from uneven tire wear. By this oil change I had had 4 new tires put on. Of course I am now out of warranty so they sent a request up the chain to see if Nissan will cover under warranty. Seems like a no brainer but no answer several days later. More
Extremely Satisifed Kurt and the finance team went out of their way to find us a car that would work for us with the payments we needed. We ended up with a brand new Nis Kurt and the finance team went out of their way to find us a car that would work for us with the payments we needed.
