Tire repair We had to make several visits to the service department for low tire pressure only to be told that one of the tires was a little low. On the last vis We had to make several visits to the service department for low tire pressure only to be told that one of the tires was a little low. On the last visit they checked for an issue with the tire. They discovered that there was a nail in the tire and was able to fix it until the first part of October when we will be getting 4 new tires for the truck. More

Excellent customer service Recently purchased a used vehicle from Jefferson City Nissan. Transmission went out 250 miles later. I did not purchase a warranty when I bought the Recently purchased a used vehicle from Jefferson City Nissan. Transmission went out 250 miles later. I did not purchase a warranty when I bought the vehicle, but they covered the entire cost of replacing the transmission. They had no obligation to do this, so obviously taking care of the customer is a top priority for them. I would highly recommend giving them a shot at earning your business. More
