Unsatisfactory I will never purchase a vehicle or recommend Nissan of JC or the JC Autoplex. I had a terrible experience in purchasing a used vehicle and ultimately I will never purchase a vehicle or recommend Nissan of JC or the JC Autoplex. I had a terrible experience in purchasing a used vehicle and ultimately got the run around. I only had my vehicle in my possession for 12 days prior to having to make my first payment and sales tax. The vehicle had to be returned 5 times for different service related issues. Additionally I was not provided a safety inspection. When questioned one was provided to me within 5 minutes. I do not believe the safety inspection was truly performed. Worst vehicle purchasing experience I’ve EVER encountered. As a single woman with two children, it was a major inconvenience, additional costs, and loss of income as I had to miss time for work on several occasions. I have documentation of all events and will be placing complaints with MDA, DMV, Attorney General, and the BBB. More
