Pleasant Buying experience. I have purchased many cars in the past and some of the experiences that I have encountered has lead to an (I dread to start the process of buying a ca I have purchased many cars in the past and some of the experiences that I have encountered has lead to an (I dread to start the process of buying a car) attitude. This time it was different; it was actually very pleasant. It was a pleasure to meet and work with all the staff that was involved with this purchase including The General Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, Service Advisor, and the Finance Manager. This was one of the few purchasing experiences that I have had buying a new vehicle, that I felt good about, with no regrets. In every step of the process my wife and I received a sincere VIP treatment, even though we are not. I sincerely hope that this dealership does not change owners and stays in Jefferson City, and is there to service our vehicles and work with us again in a couple years when we are ready to trade. Brian Merz and Earnette Smith did an exceptional job dealing with me. I have been known to be a pain in the A** with car salesman. It wasn’t high pressure nor pushing like most dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Brian Merz went out of his way to find a particular black Frontier truck, I wanted in another state for me at the same price. That says a lot in my book for these salesman.
