Excellent customer service and friendly staff My wife and I went to look for a car that I had been researching for quite some time. I knew what I wanted to spend I knew the color I wanted and I kn My wife and I went to look for a car that I had been researching for quite some time. I knew what I wanted to spend I knew the color I wanted and I knew this car lot did not carry that model. My wife wanted to check anyways because we have heard such great things. Needless to say they found the exact car I wanted and at the right price. We even had our 2 year old daughter with us and sure enough after about an hour she started getting cranky. Sybil was kind enough to show her around and play with her and entertain her while we finished the paperwork on our new car! What a great experience. I definitely recommend working with Nate or Sybil, they are the best! More

I had a set price range and what I did and didn't want in the vehicle and she came through!!!! Even when it came down to just a few differences between two cars Nissan or Hyundai, she weighed out all the pros and cons. She was very informative and could answer any question or help with any fear I had as a first time car buyer. Never once felt pressured!!! No pressure and fair negotiation on vehicle price. The Nissan I purchased is a better auto then I had anticipated. But I had a young salesman named Damian Nowack that took the time to show me and explain to me the benefits, style and accessories I was getting. As a senior citizen I was prepared to haggle with him on the final price I would pay on the vehicle. It was not a haggle at all. Mr. Nowack and the staff at Jefferson City Nissan negotiated a very fair price. I must express that of all the automobiles I have purchased thru the years, I have never enjoyed dealing with a salesman such as Mr. Nowack. I will recommend him and Jefferson City Autoplex to my family and friends. More
Poor customer service, All around! I purchased my Acura roughly a month ago, I had set up an appointment to see the vehicle at a set time. So far so good. I arrive at the lot James my a I purchased my Acura roughly a month ago, I had set up an appointment to see the vehicle at a set time. So far so good. I arrive at the lot James my appointed sales person was friendly, but you could tell still very green. I test drove the car, and took it to a mechanic I knew, and he squeezed me in for a quick once over, which he found a few things wrong with it (what he could find in the amount of time given) and I drove back to the lot to negotiate the deal. I feel I got a fair deal consider what I knew of the car, only having spent a short amount of time with it.. Now to the BAD of this experience. After taking possession of the car I took it to the shop to have my mechanic take care of some of the issues he had found, only to find there was a lot more issues than I had expected. I had him fix some of the issues, and then I took it back to the dealership to see if we could address some of the issues plaguing this Lemon of a vehicle, which they agreed. My car sat on their lot for a week and when I would call to check on it they were clueless, What a Joke!! I had had enough and just picked up the car. Please keep in mind I was told this car had passed inspection, had been aligned, and gone through their own check point service. LIE. LIE. I have had this car for a month spent Just over $2000.00 on repairs, it has been in the shop more than in my possession if that tells you anything! The list just goes on.... I guess the morale of this, is the staff at Jefferson City Hyundai, is not to be trusted.. I think the most they did was wash it and set it on the lot to sell retail, when in reality this was an auction car. I can't even enjoy my own vehicle, It's truly very sad.. BOTTON LINE! don't buy for ANYTHING from this lot, I know I will not return. BUYER BEWARE!! More
