I was having a hard time deciding and then he said on a whim he was going to throw out a wild card and introduced me to the Nissan Murano I just purchased! He took the time to get to know what I specifically liked about each model I was looking and and used that information to recommend the perfect card for me. I could not be happier. He negotiated with me on price and even threw in an extra oil change he paid for himself. Brian is Brandon's manager and he was extremely helpful and friendly as well. Great Experience Purchasing a vehicle is not exactly what I consider a fun experience. In fact, I dread it and often do what I can to avoid talk to the sales people until its absolutely necessary. I usually have to bring someone with me because I'm too uncomfortable to do it alone. Sybil completely made my experience great. She was personable, was comfortable to be around and I actually was able to purchase a vehicle on my own. Not only did she help me find my favorite car ever, she also took care of me and made sure it was fully serviced (including much needed new tires) before I left the lot. If you buy a vehicle, ask for Sybil! More

I got a new car!! We don't usually buy new cars. So, this is unfamiliar territory. But, Sybil was fantastic and made the experience fun! Steve was so nice and made it h We don't usually buy new cars. I have been messaging the dealership and talking with Sybil for about a month or so. I had many questions as I was buying the car from a different state. The market in Denver is astronomically high. Going out of state seemed like the best option. And it was. The car I got had everything that Sybil described; from the good down to its slightest imperfections. These are things that other dealers would never tell me, but like I said I am from Denver and buying a car from out of state I felt I needed to know everything. Sybil sent so many photos. I would ask another question and she would again respond with a detailed answer and photos for more description. They were honest and fair. I drove my car home to Colorado and couldn't be happier. Sarah in financing made it all possible. Without their help, I wouldn't be driving the car of my dreams. Thank you again. I highly recommend this dealership.
