Worst dealership I bought my 2013 pathfinder 1 1/2 years ago. Since then, I have had numerous issues with this vehicle. After driving it less than a week, I even tried I bought my 2013 pathfinder 1 1/2 years ago. Since then, I have had numerous issues with this vehicle. After driving it less than a week, I even tried to return the vehicle and hopefully get a different one. The sales manager was the rudest person I have ever met. I don’t know how he deals with any customer service people. He basically told me he didn’t care how many children I had or their safety. They were unwilling to work with me and told me basically I was stuck with this car. I then tried contacting Corporate Nissan to deal with this. After several phone calls, they deemed there was nothing they could with this lemon of a car. I researched further to find a lawsuit for my specific vehicle based on the engine. Supposedly they checked my engine and seems it was fine even though I always hear noises coming from it. Fast forward, 1 1/2 later and I’m still having issues with the car. I even tried going back to Huntington to see if they would trade it on now but again they tried low balling the price and wouldn’t take responsibility for selling me this piece of junk. I feel unsafe driving this car, especially with my 3 children under the ages of 8. I am completely disgusted with this dealership and will never go here or purchase a Nissan again. More

Lack of Information One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. I had my car flatbedded to nissan of huntington. Took two days to tell me it was a sensor. The day it was fixed the receptionist had to transfer me to parts to tell me when the part would arrive although a technician had already picked the part up and was working on the car. The parts guy was the most knowledgable of them all. Forget asking if there is a charge. Everyone told me "IF its under waranty there will be no charge". Got real tired of that phrase. 6 days to replace a sensor in my opinion was a bit long. Good thing my wife and I were able to car pool. And they wonder why I dont service my car there. More

Lazy, cheap, misleading and took forever. They tried to charge me more wherever they could without me realizing. They gave me a crazy high interest rate when I know someone else who bought the They tried to charge me more wherever they could without me realizing. They gave me a crazy high interest rate when I know someone else who bought the same car at the same time received a lower interest rate from another dealer. For every incentive I recieved, they gave me a hard time and tried to tell me I couldn’t get it. Horrible experience. Would not recommend them. More
