I can't lie. I was sorely disappointed at one point. There was a problem with my Altima that they couldn't pin point. A Nissan representative even got involved. I was actually livid. I went to Hunter Nissan for my new car purchase because I was looking for a family company who would help me ever step of the way. From the moment I stepped on the lot I was taken care of. Buying a car can be intimidating and nerve racking, but for me at Hunter's this was not the case. Randy Hunter, as the owner was walking around the lot an spotted me and my family first. He casually greeted us along about or day and just looking to learn about me as a buyer and my 2 boys as my family. He then brought out one of his best employees to help keep the ball rolling. From there I was able to make my own choices and figure out what I really wanted in a car. As a buyer in any category sometimes the sellers forget the consumers are buying and force things on us. Hunters let me do all the choosing- for that I'm thankful. I've been to Hunters before, but only for the auto shop, and have always been pleased. My car is not only fixed but it always clean and in better shape then when I left it with them. So for me, choosing to buy from them was easy. It's all about family, customer service, and honesty. I believe Hunter's is one of the best dealerships around. Thank you for getting me into a new ''mom" car, a 2013 red Maxima! More
Be weary. I purchased a used car for 12,500 with the promise that the belt would stop chirping and a key will be made. They only had a Valet key (which only turns the car on; does not open glove box or promise that the belt would stop chirping and a key will be made. They only had a Valet key (which only turns the car on; does not open glove box or trunk) for the car? What kind of dealership doesn't have a proper key for a car they are selling? Not to mention how reluctant they were to get me keyless entry to a 2007 Toyota camry. I brought the car to the dealership and they said they have fixed everything after three hours of waiting. As soon as I left the belt chirped and they said that I would have to leave the car with them for a whole day to get the key made and find a ride for myself as they will not provide a rental car. So I brought the car back to get the chirp taken care of and they told me I would have to pay $450 for service even though Dale Newman told me he would take care of whatever needed to be fixed. So I have been waiting for well over three hours to get belts lubricated and a key to be made. I am typically very patient because I like a job well done. But that is not the case with this dealership. They keep their customers waiting in a waiting room for hours on end even for a simple oil change. If I could do things over I would have never stopped at this terrible deceiving dealership. Steer clear, you can find a better dealership. More
Car was misrepresented as a different model and then I was told the car was a Certified PreOwned vehicle. Found out after that wasn't true since the dealership is not even participating in the CPO program was told the car was a Certified PreOwned vehicle. Found out after that wasn't true since the dealership is not even participating in the CPO program from Nissan !!! But it would of course have made the value of the vehicle higher. On return to dealership they still insisted the car was CPO. More

I recently purchased a Nissan Frontier from Hunter Nissan. I had shopped around for months and had the same experience every place I went to. The salesperson would try to sale the vehicle to my boyfri Nissan. I had shopped around for months and had the same experience every place I went to. The salesperson would try to sale the vehicle to my boyfriend every time! Leaving me feeling out of place and mad, as well as always low balling my trade in. I was telling a friend of mine, Shawn Lambert about one of these experiences when he told me it was really my fault because I had been shopping in the wrong places the whole time. He then bet me $10.00 that if I came and talked to Mike Burrell at Hunter that I would, without a doubt, have my faith restored in a car salesman, as well as leave with my new vehicle. Laughing, I took his bet. Mike was the complete opposite of what I expected. He actually addressed ME during the entire experience and made sure I was taken care of from time I walked in the door, until I left later with my new Frontier. He even complimented me on my trade in and the way I had taken excellent care of my vehicle. Mike even went to bat for me when it came to negotiating my monthly payment with their finance department. I would recommend Mike Burrell and Hunter Nissan to anyone! More
I was having car trouble on my way to work this morning. We called Nancy and she said to come on in. They immediately took my car in and found the problem. During a reccent service visit for warranty work, Nancy assisted in every possible way and ensured that our work was done to perfection. He was very patient & helpful with me as we worked together to obtain a very fair price for a used vehicle I was interested in pu with Frank Jarvis. Jim Garrod in the finance department was quite helpful as well. He clearly explained different options I had for purchasing the car and the pros and cons of the different options. All in all it was a positive car buying experience. I did not feel pressured at all; I really felt as if they were working with and for me. I would recommend Hunter Nissan, Frank Jarvis, and Jim Garrod to any one thinking of purchasing a car. More
