Best Experience EVER!!! I have bought and sold many cars in my life, NEVER have I ever had such an EXCELLENT car sales experience like the one I encountered at Hunter Nissan. From the moment I walked through the front door, I was treated like royalty. The employees at Hunter Nissan really care about their clients, making them feel at home, and extremely comfortable. My salesman, David Folsom, really took care of me. He made sure all of my expectations were met, and made the sales process painless. The deal was done in an unbelievable short amount of time, which I REALLY appreciated. I have purchased cars in my life that had taken an entire day, and by the end, I was exhausted, taking all the fun out of buying a new car. I would recommend Hunter Nissan to anyone. I got a lovely new car from Hunter Nissan and it was a process that my mother and I went through but then after trading in my old car and having my new one for almost a week they tell my mother they didn't realize that they could not give 0% to anyone who bought a Pathfinder...which, is something they should have known immediately. I know that salesmen have a hard job but this is plain crooked! They are crooks do not ever buy anything from them...I don't care what all these nice people have to say about them while I was in the showroom/office area waiting I heard another couple complaining about how their contract wasn't correct either but I couldn't hear the whole conversation. I figured the couple was a little confused and that they probably just didn't understand something but now I bet they were suffering from the same type of xx. Now my mother and I both have to go give our cars back because they are LIARS! I repeat, LIARS do not be fooled by their nice smiles. I have never had a brand new car and it is a very big deal for me and my mother and they claim it has nothing to do with our credit but just a little mixup they made a "whoops" if you will..it's evil. Purely evil. More
I can't lie. I was sorely disappointed at one point. There was a problem with my Altima that they couldn't pin point. A Nissan representative even got involved. I was actually livid. I went to Hunter Nissan for my new car purchase because I was looking for a family company who would help me ever step of the way. From the moment I stepped on the lot I was taken care of. Buying a car can be intimidating and nerve racking, but for me at Hunter's this was not the case. Randy Hunter, as the owner was walking around the lot an spotted me and my family first. He casually greeted us along about or day and just looking to learn about me as a buyer and my 2 boys as my family. He then brought out one of his best employees to help keep the ball rolling. From there I was able to make my own choices and figure out what I really wanted in a car. As a buyer in any category sometimes the sellers forget the consumers are buying and force things on us. Hunters let me do all the choosing- for that I'm thankful. I've been to Hunters before, but only for the auto shop, and have always been pleased. My car is not only fixed but it always clean and in better shape then when I left it with them. So for me, choosing to buy from them was easy. It's all about family, customer service, and honesty. I believe Hunter's is one of the best dealerships around. Thank you for getting me into a new ''mom" car, a 2013 red Maxima! More
Be weary. I purchased a used car for 12,500 with the promise that the belt would stop chirping and a key will be made. They only had a Valet key (which only turns the car on; does not open glove box or promise that the belt would stop chirping and a key will be made. They only had a Valet key (which only turns the car on; does not open glove box or trunk) for the car? What kind of dealership doesn't have a proper key for a car they are selling? Not to mention how reluctant they were to get me keyless entry to a 2007 Toyota camry. I brought the car to the dealership and they said they have fixed everything after three hours of waiting. As soon as I left the belt chirped and they said that I would have to leave the car with them for a whole day to get the key made and find a ride for myself as they will not provide a rental car. So I brought the car back to get the chirp taken care of and they told me I would have to pay $450 for service even though Dale Newman told me he would take care of whatever needed to be fixed. So I have been waiting for well over three hours to get belts lubricated and a key to be made. I am typically very patient because I like a job well done. But that is not the case with this dealership. They keep their customers waiting in a waiting room for hours on end even for a simple oil change. If I could do things over I would have never stopped at this terrible deceiving dealership. Steer clear, you can find a better dealership. More
