It is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. The same morning of my appointment they called me to confirm it and an hour before leaving I called to reconfirm that I was on my way. When I arrived after wasting my time with silly questions, the salesman came back telling me that none of the cars were available, one was sold the day before and the other was never there, because it was being repaired in the body shop. As you can see, it's a dirty tactic to get one to go there and then make you see other vehicles that you're not interested in. In conclusion, they are dishonest, disrespectful of the time and expenses of going to the dealership, not professionals. On the other hand, the internet price is not respected by the dealer, arguing that internet prices are managed by a third party, but that they would help you with an incentive of $1,000 for financing and another $1,000 for the trade; Please read another customer review and what happened to them with the incentives. They are just a total fraud, be careful. To think that these people use the Nissan brand to deceive customers with all these dirty business tactics. More
I've brought my truck here 4 times, as a matter of fact, I am sitting waiting for it to be serviced right now. I don't have a problem with the actual work, I have a problem with the customer service. They've had my information incorrect in their system, so I've not been able to schedule online, my preferred method. They don't seem to have enough employees for the number of appointments they schedule. I was told by the service manager that no one has enough employees right now. So why don't they reduce the number of appointments they make? When I pay dealership prices for service I expect excellent service all around, and I don't feel I'm getting it. I will be taking my truck elsewhere next time, and I will give them 3 or 4 attempts to make me feel like they value me as a customer. More
Great experience with store and purchase! Tshombe Demby was awesome in Finance, friendly, detailed oriented with explaining the process. Highly recommend this dealership. Their hidden fees are ridiculous! Claimed they don't have control over what cars.com posts, but cars.com is paid service they have to list their vehicles on. Tried to charge a $1995 reconditioning fee, asked for the invoice to show what work had been completed and the invoice only had $1495 in charges on it. They will fee you to death. Find somewhere else, these people like to play games. More

BEWARE HIDDEN CHARGES Found a car on Cars.com Once at dealership and after test drive they noted that price reflected $1000 off for dealer financing and additional $1000 off for trade in. I had neither dealership and after test drive they noted that price reflected $1000 off for dealer financing and additional $1000 off for trade in. I had neither - was able to negotiate 1000 off, but this was not in their Cars.com add - unlike other dealers. ALSO - they charge a $999 dealer ADMINISTRATION fee AND $299 electronic filing fee.
