ATTENTION , all women of Hendersonville and surrounding areas do not go to NISSAN OF HENDERSONVILLE NC I repeat, do not go to Nissan of Hendersonville I went there on October 30th, 2023 to an upside down e areas do not go to NISSAN OF HENDERSONVILLE NC I repeat, do not go to Nissan of Hendersonville I went there on October 30th, 2023 to an upside down event wanting to trade in my car on something else and to possibly get my payments lowered but instead I got SEXUALLY HARASSED the whole time by the salesman that I will refer to as my PREDATOR because he made me feel like my life could be threatened , and during this whole situation , I drove three different cars and two out of three was out of my price range, but he insisted that I drive them anyways and each time that I got in a different car the sexual harassing got worse it started off with saying that I was pretty and that I looked good and was asking if I was married and if I would go out on a date and that my xxx look good walking in front of him and lots of other rude and sexual comments but the worst of it all was my PREDATOR insisted that I take a longer test drive and that we should go behind the Ingles and let him show me a good time and said that we could take as long as we wanted to so when the test driving was over I got brought back in and was told that he would go work on the numbers and see what deal he could get me but instead of lowering my payments, my payments went up $100 and after the paperwork got started, I was told that they would not take my car as a trade in and it’s not because it’s not a nice car because it is a 2020 GMC, but they said I owed too much and I understand that, but don’t force me into buying a new car and having to keep my old car as well so now I am stuck with two car and two car payments and I would of never signed the paperwork if it wasn’t for feeling threatened and I was afraid if I didn’t I would be harmed and I felt forced to do so and now I have PTSD over going to any dealership alone because I am afraid that this will happen again. I have been to many dealerships in my life, but this one by far is the worst ever and they are very unprofessional, and all they want is your money they could care less about you or anything else PLEASE DO NOT GO TO NISSAN OF HENDERSONVILLE YOU WILL BE HARASSED AND YOU WILL FEAR FOR YOUR SAFETY More

I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Nissan of Hendersonville over the past few years from out of state. Each time, it’s been a smooth transitional process. My salesman Dylan was awesome, along with the signage over the past few years from out of state. Each time, it’s been a smooth transitional process. By far the worst dealer EVER visited. Horrendous and appalling visit. The "owner" was extremely abrasive and racist. He was very unprofessional and child-like. I wanted to inquire about purchasing a vehicle but after he verbally attacked me I just left. I went to Bryan Easler Toyota across the street where I had a very pleasant visit and successful transaction. I would strongly advise anyone to AVOID this dealership. Grown men do NOT act this way. I don't know what his problem was nor do I care at this point. The guy was an absolute clown and made a fool of himself in front of everyone. Jesus is watching buddy. P.s. have you seen "The Boondocks"? This was a "boondocks" *moment* if you get my meaning. Irrational, immature, racist manchild. I WILL be contacting the manufacturer about this incident. More
These people are racist and have a discriminatory hiring process, told me straight up my car is a piece of s*** when I was trying to buy a new one. And the "owner" also degraded my mother. Bait and switch! Called to confirm that a used vehicle was still available and was told "Yes." Salesman asked if I would like to make an appointment to see it, and then confirmed my appointment the next day for 9:15. Arrived to find out the car was at their dealership in TN! Salesman wanted me to look at rest of inventory. No! I wanted to see the car advertised. Sell price was advertised as $6500, but then I was told that was only for financing. I wanted to pay cash. Cash price was $2000 more! No credibility whatsoever! Wouldn't do business if they were the only dealership in the world. Sad, too, because I had once owned the exact model I wanted to look at and loved it. Bait and switch, big time! More

It is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. The same morning of my appointment they called me to confirm it and an hour before leaving I called to reconfirm that I was on my way. When I arrived after wasting my time with silly questions, the salesman came back telling me that none of the cars were available, one was sold the day before and the other was never there, because it was being repaired in the body shop. As you can see, it's a dirty tactic to get one to go there and then make you see other vehicles that you're not interested in. In conclusion, they are dishonest, disrespectful of the time and expenses of going to the dealership, not professionals. On the other hand, the internet price is not respected by the dealer, arguing that internet prices are managed by a third party, but that they would help you with an incentive of $1,000 for financing and another $1,000 for the trade; Please read another customer review and what happened to them with the incentives. They are just a total fraud, be careful. To think that these people use the Nissan brand to deceive customers with all these dirty business tactics. More
