SCAMMERS ALERT! !!!Worst car service experience I’ve ever had. Very dishonest and most distasteful people I’ve ever come across especially the service manager. Wante !!!Worst car service experience I’ve ever had. Very dishonest and most distasteful people I’ve ever come across especially the service manager. Wanted me to pay $200 for bringing my car in and doing absolutely nothing to fix my transmission problem. Told me to never step foot again in their shop even though I bought the car from there and paid thousands for warranty at this dealer. Poor customer service. Greed over runs this establishment and nothing else. Turns out they didn’t learn a lesson from the settlement that they were included in 2017. Quoted from the attorney general of New York’s settlement announcement listing Garden City Nissan as a party involved: “In addition to the over $1 million in restitution, penalties, and costs”. More
