Incredible service!!!! I am a first time car buyer so I was a little nervous about purchasing a car. I had so many thoughts.. what I wanted? Where I wanted to go? All of it. I reached out to some people and they all recommended Nissan of Gadsden. Best decision I have ever made. All staff made my family and I feel so welcomed and made the entire process go as smoothly as possible. I absolutely love my new 2018 Nissan Altima!!!!!! Not to mention, the price was incredible!!!! It’s very evident that your staff have had excellent customer service training, plus I believe they are just nice people anyway! Personable, helpful, patient, knowledgeable - I have never received such good service from a car dealership. Plus, I have never received so much info from a manufacturer as I have from Nissan. The Gadsden Nissan facility is immaculate, filled with yummy snacks, and comfortable. Need I say more? Keep up the excellent work boys and girls (I am really old!). More
