Bought brand new Murano I do not live in Gadsden. From the online site, to dealing with non pushy salesmen or managers, to being welcome very well, the experience was very good. So much that I drove that far and got the best deal I could dream and drive the same day with my new vehicle. The desks they have and the professionalism were worth my time, money and effort. Beyond satisfied! Words mean nothing until they are tested. Nissan of Gadsden gets an A+. I purchased a used MINI Cooper sight unseen from 400 miles away. My salesman, Zach Crews, sent me a video saying it was in great condition so I made the purchase from his description. That was a leap of faith no dought. When I arrived, I was introduced to the nicest folks you could imagine . The MINI was exactly as Zach said it was. Transaction was nice and laid back. Drove home without any problems. The next day the check engine light was on and an oil leak was present. Understandable since the car is 8 years old. Enter JR Gillispie, sales manager. He told me to take it to a local shop to get it analyzed. He covered the repairs as in their warranty agreement. Does it get any better than that? Promise made, promise kept.
