Costly and not willing to satisfy the customer After purchasing a new kicks and paying $7000.00 down and being unhappy then your offer was 16000.00 back with a loss to me of $4000.00 then selling m After purchasing a new kicks and paying $7000.00 down and being unhappy then your offer was 16000.00 back with a loss to me of $4000.00 then selling me a 2017 that I was under the impression of being a 2018 sport and paying another $1500.00 down. Then telling me you could never sell the kicks for full price then listing it for over $21,000. Very upset to say the least. After talking to other Dealerships and advisors I truly feel now like I was deceived and taken advantage of. More

My experience at Nissan of Gadsden was great! I got my car serviced and the tires rotated and balanced and it was a short wait time and less than I expected to pay. Absolutely Fantastic Experience I walked into this dealership with a vehicle that was on it's last leg and NEEDING a newer vehicle. I didn't have a huge budget or a great credit scor I walked into this dealership with a vehicle that was on it's last leg and NEEDING a newer vehicle. I didn't have a huge budget or a great credit score, and Andrew Turner helped me find a vehicle that not only met my budget, but that was also what I was looking for. It took us some time to find a vehicle and Andrew even went to the back lot to vehicles that had just been traded in. He went out of his way to explain the vehicles features (I took a huge leap in technology from my vehicle), test drive the vehicle, make sure I was comfortable driving a larger SUV, and made it a point to tell me that if I couldn't figure something out, to come back and he would help me. He went out of his way to make sure it met my budget and that it was something I wanted. I won't buy vehicles from anyone else and I won't go anywhere besides Nissan of Gadsden.
