Poorest Customer Service I've Encountered in a Long Time An unfortunate circumstance, but, I had two (2) vehicles with the service department. The first was a Nissan Murano and the other a Hyundai Sonata. T An unfortunate circumstance, but, I had two (2) vehicles with the service department. The first was a Nissan Murano and the other a Hyundai Sonata. The Sonata was a vehicle I purchased at this dealership, the Murano was there to have repairs done to the alternator. While my initial visit was OK, I would recommend that anyone who needs service work stay away from the service writer Jeremy. I had multiple issues with the Murano that involved another companies work and I needed Jeremy to supply an estimate to the original company so that I could be reimbursed for the original repairs (they were under warranty). I tried on multiple occasions to get Jeremy to call and to email the information to the other company and he not once called or emailed the other company, and when asked, he was "to busy". Rather than enlist some help, he let my problem sit until I reached out to others. I spoke next with the Sales Manager, Steve and got a very similar result. I explained and he was going "immediately" to the service area to email the information to the other company. After two (2) hours, still not done and finally I spoke with James K, the actual Service Manager, and within 30 minutes the information was sent. No individual should have to work so hard to get something done with a dealership with more than 30+ employees. They were more concerned with their time than with mine and I would recommend NO ONE go there for service and if you do, seek out James K, because Jeremy is a worthless service writer and cares nothing about customer service, only about the $ he would earn off of writing your service. Meanwhile, Steve, is only worried about selling a vehicle and nothing about follow up work on the other components of the dealership and making sure that "ALL" customers are satisfied. I also came to find out that a couple of my messages were not even passed on to others I had ask about speaking to including a specific sales person and the GM. All I can say, we will find out in a few days how the actual work on the vehicle happens, but, I'm three (3) weeks into the process and I still don't have my Murano back, however, I have a commitment from James K that I will get it back on Monday the 29th. PITIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE SERVICE MANAGER HIMSELF, JAMES K. Thanks for his help I may have my problems rectified. More
