I love my NISSAN! I enjoy that i can get my car serviced the same day if they have any openings for that day. The staff is SUPER friendly and it makes me feel pleased t I enjoy that i can get my car serviced the same day if they have any openings for that day. The staff is SUPER friendly and it makes me feel pleased to do business with them. If i have any concerns about what they did or didn't do they will take the time out and show me what was and was done in writing. I really enjoy the snack bar the have in the waiting area. AWFUL EXPERIENCE I went for an oil change and Nissan dented my car while changing the oil and didn’t tell me. They didn’t know what happened... I know they have camera I went for an oil change and Nissan dented my car while changing the oil and didn’t tell me. They didn’t know what happened... I know they have cameras and I know someone there knows what happened. HOWEVER no on told me about the dent Thankfully I noticed it before i even got in my car and then argued until they agreed to fix it. On top of all of this I have used Nissan for Oil Changes since i bought my car in 2016 and never paid more than $40 for an oil change this month it was $55??? that’s a huge price increase from my last service appointment. I used to love Nissan of Gadsden but in the past few months they have definitely went down hill. More
