So far it has been an excellent experience. Our salesman Matthew Crawford was kind and courteous. Because of an accident we needed a car quickly. We were looking at a used 2019 Murano. Matthew found us exactly what we wanted in a 2020 model and saved us money. The accident cause me to be incapacitated, and Matthew was quick to help me to see and drive the cars of our choices. He was knowledgeable about his product, and very helpful. He introduced us to the new technology that we had not experienced on our previous Nissan, and helped us with the set up process after the purchase. We are excited about the service options.
