Tech Savvy Service My service light came on-on a Friday morning. Luckily, I had already called Nissan of Gadsden to make an appointment the day before. I also had receiv My service light came on-on a Friday morning. Luckily, I had already called Nissan of Gadsden to make an appointment the day before. I also had received an email about a recall. When I called to make my appointment, I told the operator that I had received an email about a recall. She placed me on a brief hold and said that my car didn’t have a recall at all. This kind of worried me considering that I was going out of town the next day. When I arrived at the Service Department, Jason Smith (who is one of my favorite servicemen) was waiting on me. I explained to him about the recall and he purposely scanned the inside of my car door with an electronic device and said that my car did not have any recalls. Just seeing that (with my own eyes) made me feel safe and know that I was in good hands. One other thing, I love using my reward points for current service. What a Win Win!! If you are not using yours, you are missing out. More
